Every Customer has a particular system configuration and specific needs that must be satisfied with fully tailored services. To effectively support its Customers, General Computer has adopted the new principles of Service Engineering and - with its broad range of maintenance contracts - is ready to deliver an effective response to any Customer needs.
 
General Computer's maintenance contracts are grouped in the suite:
 
GCI Platform
Contracts with a traditional formulation, to meet the classic needs of information systems.
General Computer's maintenance contracts apply to all corporate IT system components (servers, storage, network hardware, etc.)
 
The following option can be applied to all maintenance contracts:
 
Up&Run 99% Option
Independently from any other contract clause, this additional option guarantees the customer's system uptime for at least 99% of the total coverage contractual time.
